These Terms govern your access to and use of FluentTalk products and services, including conversation courses, credit-based payments, and related features.
1. Usage Rules
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use FluentTalk. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and any actions taken under your account.
- Access is licensed, not sold. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
- Do not share your login or resell access without prior written permission.
- Do not upload unlawful, harassing, infringing, or harmful content.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or bypass rate limits.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Credits & Payments
FluentTalk uses a credit-based system. Credits may be purchased or granted as part of a subscription and are consumed when you join sessions, unlock materials, or use select features.
2.1 Acquisition
Buy credits or receive periodic top-ups via plans. Taxes may apply.
2.2 Consumption
Credits deduct instantly when a feature is activated. Some actions are non-reversible.
2.3 Expiration
Unless otherwise stated, credits expire 12 months after issuance.
Prices and credit consumption rates may change. We will notify you before material changes take effect.
3. Subscriptions
Plans may include a monthly credit allowance and premium features. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price.
- Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before trial end.
- Promotional credits may have special terms or shorter expiration.
- Failed payments may pause access until resolved.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Except where required by law, used credits and ongoing cycles are non-refundable.
- We may issue pro-rated or goodwill refunds at our discretion.
- Chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
Maintain respect in sessions. Do not misuse real-time features to harass or disrupt others. We enforce rate limits and fairness policies.
- No automated bots without explicit permission.
- No data scraping beyond personal non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Outputs may contain inaccuracies. Use independent judgment.
- We are not responsible for third-party content or links.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FluentTalk and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages or any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Miscellaneous
- We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in advance.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
